• Please call the office directly to book an in-person appointment. We kindly ask that appointment requests not be submitted by email.

• If you are experiencing symptoms of a cold, flu, fever, or other respiratory illness, please wear a mask when attending your appointment.

• Please bring shorts/T-shirt/tank top for more convenient physical examinations.

• Please note that patients should expect to be seen by medical students or residents as well as Dr. Carson or Dr. Sheng, as this is a teaching facility.
