Checklist for Patients to Complete Prior to Their Virtual Appointment with Dr. Carson

 

• Please ensure that we have an updated email to contact you

• Appointments will be scheduled in 15-minute time slots, and you will be given an appointment time

• We ask that you are punctual and prepared to talk to Dr. Carson at your assigned time slot

• These appointments will almost always be done by phone. 

• Dr. Carson may alternatively utilize the OTN video-conferencing platform.

• We have been strongly discouraged from continuing to use FaceTime, Zoom, or other less secure video platforms.
